I purchased two of these headsets because of the sound quality that the boom mic and design offered. The sound quality was not good with my Blackberry. I called Bluesonic and they immediately sent my a replacement unit. It turned out that the problem was not with the headset but with my Blackberry. As soon as I replaced my Blackberry the quality was there. Bluesonic’s support is the best. I recommend this product to you if you are interested in professional quality communications using bluetooth.

This is a great headset it is very easy to use and it feels more secure on my head than the over the ear bluetooth style.
