      you mean noise cancellation headphones,yea they block out other noises, such as screaming kids. they workgood for planes etc when youneed some sleep in a noisey place.

      I have tried them and did see a major difference but i still don’t own them because the good ones are really expensive.

      yes,.the sound is more intense and louder ,even though the volume is at a lower setting,..

      There is a huge difference in noise cancellation headphones. Try bose or if you are looking for something to be used on a phone system, look into Plantronics or GN Netcom
